Dad
My father is Joseph DiMaggio. Retired engineer and co-founder of JED Products. My father is my biggest supporter. He's always believed in me and pushed me to become the best I can. "Just do your best, son. No one can ask any more that that." He took me to my first Drum and Bugle Corps show; and then my first audition; and then he was there to see me leave my shoes on the field finals night--having never beaten his Alma Mater, the Cadets. He taught me to drive in a minivan full of siblings and helped me perfect the skill in our old Yugo. He wears shorts in the snow and stops at the first White Castle he sees on any road trip. He's my dad and I'm his #1 Son.
Mom
Ellen May Glover Lewis is also my biggest supporter. Former Special-Ed teacher (she needed that experience with 5 kids), former librarian, former chauffer and sports mom. She's always there with great advice on women, sewing machines, and eating elephants. "Just eat your elephant one bite at a time, son." Founder of Speaking of Ladies and an avid Civil War enthusiast. She gave me advice on my first real date and was there for me through my first real break-up. She's almost always involved in something historical--be it Civil War or Famous Women in Arkansas. She is working on a Master's Degree in Public History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and works in the Graduate Admissions office as a Registrar. She and her husband, Mike live in Little Rock, AR. She taught me to clean my plate and later I taught her to marinate a steak...and the difference between a strip and a tenderloin. And no matter what you may think, I'm never too big to sit in her lap!
Sandra Rose "Rosie" DiMaggio-Wallis
Rosie is my Big little Sister. She's the oldest, wisest, and probably the shortest. Only 15 months my senior, our childhood was full of sibling rivalry. She's a proud graduate of the university of Memphis. She's married to Bil Wallis and is the proud parent of my neice, Mary Elizabeth. With another child on the way, Rosie and Bil live in Tupelo, MS. Both are judges with the Social Security Administration.
Joseph Paul "JP" DiMaggio
Joe is my older younger brother. He's the current owner of JED Products and is a Vice President with Signature Bank of Arkansas. He's married to Nathalie DiMaggio. They live in Fayetteville, AR. Dominic "Dom" Ferdinand DiMaggio
Dom is my baby brother. He was the slowest of the DiMaggio boys to develop, but I think he slingshot right passed us! He's married to Cassidy Pond-DiMaggio and father to Michael (a.k.a. Mikey) and Ivy. They currently live in Slidel, LA where Dom works in the METOC community of the US Navy.
Elizabeth "Liz" Frances DiMaggio-London
Liz is the baby. She's my little sister and my little sanity check. I can always count on her to talk me off the ledge or keep me on the straight and narrow. She's probably the most accomplished of the clan. She's the leader of the Memphis Raqs Bellydance Troupe, owner of the Midsouth World Dance Center, wife of Levi London, Caberet & showcase performer, former zoo keeper, snake charmer, webmaster, aligator wrestler, and hot-tub tester-outer. Liz and Levi live in Memphis, TN.
